Installation

STEP 1		Install the Cameleon Oiler unit and secure it with the fasteners/ ty-rap provided
STEP 2		Place the tank hose so that the oil descends to the Cameleon Oiler under gravity and then cut the excess hose
STEP 3		traighten the semi-rigid tubing (1/4 inch) but do not undo the loop. Install as shown with the ty-raps on the rear suspension arm. The semi-rigid tubing may also be securely fitted with the metal fasteners provided
STEP 4		At 1 inch from the intersection of the chain and the rear sprocket, cut the excess semi-rigid tube. Using a cutting-pliers. Ensure the tube does not touch the chain or rear sprocket and that the semi-rigid tube is aligned with the sprocket/chain
STEP 5		Cut the small tubing (5/32 inch) to the required length and connect to the semi-rigid tubing
STEP 6		Connect the Cameleon Oiler electric wires to a tail light. Warning: never connect the wires while the engine is running. The rear light/stop light is the perfect place to connect the Cameleon Oiler. The red wire must be connected to the positive pole and the black to the negative/ground pole.
STEP 7		Turn on your vehicle. The Cameleon Oiler will start in few seconds. You may now program your Cameleon Oiler

The programming of the Cameleon Oiler allows you to modify the lubrication of your chain, to your oiling satisfaction.
While referring you to the chart 1, determine the time of lubrication of your bike.  If you roll like a touring bike, use the first column, in custom or sport tourism, the second column etc.  The point of encounter on the axes corresponds to the time of recommended injection, with the antifriction oil SAE 190.

All is done in 2 steps.
1:  The flow time.
2:  The color between the flows (cycle of 3 minutes 45 seconds).

1 The flow time
Turn the contact key on "On"...  You will have 3 seconds to activate the oiler by pressing the button once.

When active, you are in step 1.   It will flash and will show the available colors.  Choose the desired color, Press on the button for the numbers of seconds required according to your type of vehicle then relax, it will flash quickly.

2 The color between flows.
Choose now the permanent color of the Cameleon Oiler, while leaning on another color then the first one to distinguish the oiling phase color changes when oiling. There your Cameleon Oiler is programmed! Example:  For a KTM.  It suits to take the fourth column.  The axis crossroads indicates us a time between 4 to 7 seconds, according to the usage. The Cameleon Oiler is 100% full automatic.

When you start your bike it will activate itself automatically after a time of 4 seconds. The Cameleon keeps it’s programmed memory at all times and starts 3 seconds after you turn-on the ignition.
